Moore McLennan, LLP opened its practice on July 1, 1999. Our group of dedicated and experienced attorneys and staff work as a team to provide litigation and transactional services in complex, highly specialized and developing areas of law.  We have more than 100 combined years experience in defending doctors and healthcare providers of every specialty. We specialize in the defense of medical malpractice cases, representing hospitals of all sizes, ranging from universities to small community based facilities, as well as physicians, nurses and ancillary personnel. 

We also have the privilege of representing medical staffs and individual physicians in peer review matters (credentialing, privileging and disciplinary actions), as well as all health care providers before their licensing boards (such as the Medical Board of California and Board of Registered Nursing).  Other clients include elder care facilities, medical product manufacturers, medical transplant service providers and managed care facilities.

We share a mutual "Of Counsel" arrangement with the firm of Curtis & Green, LLP.  The combined talents and services of our two firms allow us to provide the full spectrum of services required by all of our clients.
